Rosetta is also an experienced REO agent assisting banks in selling foreclosures in all of the bay area. Rosetta's back ground includes managing one of the largest fitness centers in Northern California and over 14 years of sales and negotiation experience. Education Rosetta has continued her real estate education by completing classes in real estate principles and real estate appraisals. She is also a graduate of Coldwell Banker Exsell program and Chamberlin School of Real Estate. Since obtaining her Cal Real Estate license, Rosetta has combined her real estate education by completing various state required programs in Real Estate Principals , Real Estate Appraisals, 1031 Reinvestment Plan, Limit Liability Company for Reinvestments, Protecting the Fee, Survey Course and Risk Management.
